I took my son here today for his exam. Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The office itself was amazingly clean and comfortable. The experience of the doctor's and the optician were obvious. I was very pleased with the time Terry took with my son. His prescription is a tough one and Terry took the time to not only show frames that were suitable for his prescription, but those that would compliment him and satisfy my request for durability. He even stopped to check in their backroom for more selection even though my son had already had a few "maybes" to consider. If you are used to feeling rushed by opticians that just want to make a sale, this is the place. Terry was more concerned with making my son and I happy than dollar signs. He instructed us on pros and cons pertaining specifically to my son's prescription and supported all of our decisions. We were definitely in good hands here. My family of seven will all be filing in...
