Review content:
Since I never recieved an acknowledgement to my email to Topper's regaring my "experience", I decided to make my comments public. I had the Luxury massage at the Newtown location on 3/23/07. Of all the comments I could post, the one that should stand out the most is the massuese wore rubber gloves to massage my feet...or should I say poke her finger into the arch of my foot!! I could not wait to get out of there!!!
I have been fortunate enough to travel the country and have been to many spas. NEVER in my life have I had a worse experience. Were my feet dirty? I would have gladly shwered prior to the massage to make the massuese more comfortable - but - wait a minute - who is the customer?
No hand, head/scalp or face massage. Twenty minute short of the two hours I was quoted. What a joke!!
The receptionist assured me of an "amazing" experience upon my arrival. She was right but for all the wrong reasons.

Pros: Local
Cons: Noisy - could hear conversations in adjacent treatment rooms. No water at the end.
