I have been going to Toppers-Phila. for close to 10 years and have had my hair styled by Albert for the entire time at Toppers! I have moved 3 times since I first went to Albert and I currently drive an hour to get to him! He is one of the best I know and refer as many of my friends, family and colleagues to him as I can! Your opinion counts and he wont let you do something drastic without knowing all the consequences! Albert is always open to change and will listen to suggestions you have / like - then he will put his own spin on it which is usually the best! I went from having hair to my waste to a bob over a period of 4 years and each and every time - Albert was the best! Also, he remembers you and your life experiences you talk about which is extremely rare! I would recommend Albert for anything you want to do!
