Review content:
i went with a girlfriend to get massages and an express facial at toppers this weekend - what a disappointment. the massage was one of the worst i've ever had. i don't know if the technician was new or what, but he didn't seem like he had any idea what he was doing. not to mention the fact that the spa itself was FREEZING. relaxing is tough when you're walking around in a robe and flip flop freezing and shivering. then, my technician sent me downstairs, where i waited for over 45 minutes for my express facial. finally someone found me and said i was on the wrong floor. when i did get my facial finally it was definitely "express": the woman put some mask on me, wiped it off, put another mask on me, left the room for 10 minutes, came back, slopped some cream on my face and that was it. NO JOKE. if i wanted to put product on my face and lay by myself in a room, i could have done that at home without paying $65. waste of money and a total waste of a saturday morning. from now on, i'll go to Terme Di Aroma for massages, and to Anthony at O2 skin spa at Jason Matthew instead. won't have to deal with the snotty attitudes and poor service there. what a shame.
