I had a gym membership with epiphany fitness. I went for a doctors appointment a month after and found i had a heart condition and my doctor would not allow me to exercise anymore. I took the doctors note to this gym and they said they couldn't cancel my membership only freeze it so they froze it for a few months and started charging me all over again! i have left 4 messages for them to call me back, which they have not. I tried calling again today and their message box is full and cannot accept any messages. this is HORRIBLE customer service and i have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and will seek further help.
Pros: very few members
Cons: horrible customer service, lies, sexual harrasment
