Last Friday evening, I was on my way from my home in Overland Park Ks to St. Louis Mo to attend my Grandmother’s Funeral. Needless to say this was a very stressful period for me. About an hour out of Kansas City, my Ford Escape broke down. I contacted Matt in the service department at Olathe Ford. Matt then contacted your dealership and put me in touch with a service advisor, J.W. From the moment I spoke with J.W.; I was sure that not only would I be rescued safely; but, also that I would be able to continue my trip to my Grandmother’s Funeral. J.W. advised me to call the tow service that your dealership uses and advise them of my location. The tow service was there within 30 minutes and when the driver brought me to Blue Springs Ford, the service advisors were well aware of my situation. They had the paperwork prepared and the rental car was waiting. All that was needed was my signature on the car rental papers and they were prepared to send me on my way. The service department had arranged to have the mileage limit waived so that I could continue to St.Louis without incurring additional expenses for the extra mileage.
It is an absolute honor to recognize people like J.W. of Blue Springs Ford and Matt of Olathe Ford who worked as a Team and went beyond the call of duty. Moreover, these professionals treated me like family.
It is our hope that you will recognize people like J.W. for his tremendous service, leadership, and concern for the customer. Please pass our sincere thanks to not only J.W. but all the members of your service department and the rental care facility who provided the compassionate care I needed at that time.
