Review content:
I just had to write to tell you about the two large bay window conversions we had installed yesterday. The team of Kevin, Wayne, and Scott arrived exactly when they said that they would. They immediately put covers over all of my furniture and placed drop cloths on the floor so that the rug wouldn't get ruined. Mind you the rug came with the house and is about 5 years past its better days. They were personable and completely professional. The windows are georgeous! We used to have two large bay windows that we converted to two large flat windows. We can already notice the difference in the family room. It used to be very drafty and chilly in the morning and now I don't have to wear a sweatshirt when I get up. We live on a main road and we can't even hear the cars going by anymore.
After the install was complete (and I took pictures of every aspect), Kevin took me through the operation of the windows. Kevin, Scott, and Wayne cleaned the windows, vacumed, and even swept the deck which was less of a mess after they left than before. If it weren't for the fact that I have new windows, no one would ever have known that anyone was there. From the first day we met Rosemary (our salesperson) to the install, we couldn't be happier!! When it's time, we will definately use Penguin Windows for our future replacements. If possible, We are going to request Kevin, Wayne and Scott from the Danvers, MA team to do the install. I saw some of the other reviews on this site and I can assure you that I am a very satisfied customer and not a person who works for them and was given an "incentive" to write this review.
