A friend told me about this new spa so I thought I would try it out. Apparently the owner who does facials and waxing is amazing. I went in to get a pedicure. It was a horrible experience. 1st the spa is in a weird location and very hard to find. When I walked in the receptionist acted like my being there was an inconvience for her. She was very rude and couldn't answer any of my quesitons. When I asked about the different types of pedicures she almost got irritated with me and told me to ask the nail tech. Also the other employees would whispered amongest themselves in the reception area which was very uncomfortable. Didn't their mothers teach them not to whisper in front of people. It made me very self consciense. As for my pedicure.. it was very rushed and horrible. The nail tech didn't act like she knew what she was doing. The products seemed ver cheap. When I left I had polish all over my skin and to top it off the polish chipped off several of my toes with in a few hours of leaving. I get a better pedicure at the chop shops and I don't have to pay $45.00. Also they want to be a high end spa however the products for purchase are in a locked glass case. I couldn't pick them up to look at them. If you want high end clients then don't treat them like criminals who are going to steal. I have never seen that before. Overall I was not impressed. It was a very over priced pedicure and I end up taking all the polish off the next day and going somewhere else. When I called back to complain the receptionist told me I couldn't get my money back. She also wouldn't let me talk to the owner. So please save your money and don't go to this spa EVER!!!! Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything
