Early last year, I had a computer that was having video card problems. I didn't have time to do it myself, so I thought I would get professionals. After looking at the machine, the tech told me the computer was loaded with malware, and they would clean it for $200. I told him I would just do a clean install instead. The computer worked when returned, but a few months later when I started playing with my media files, Windows Media Center kept crashing. When I tried to download drivers for the video card, I found out the video card was not compatible with Windows XP Media Center Edition (stated by the manufacture of the card) I called the store owner, Gabe, and he said that if I had let them do the system cleaning, they would have caught the mistake. (Note to business owners: When a customer pays you to do a job, do the job correctly without the extortion!) With me wanting a computer that worked the way it did when I sent it to them, and him not wanting to give me a new card, I asked if he could locate a used card that would work. He said he would look around the shop, and give me a call back. He did not return my call. If you want computer work done right and honestly in Franklin, look to someone else! Pros: close to home Cons: wrong video card for OS, no return call
