Review content:
I am without doubt any dentist greatest nightmare. Oh, I’m a wonderful client, but as a patient I trust “NO DENTIST” Dr. Pannu and staff not withstanding. After moving to the bay area from southern California I put off much needed work due in great part to the hell I knew awaited me in my search for a new dentist in my new home. My procrastination made easy due to my dental phobia(s), OK, no phobia. Rather it is the “knowing“, knowing that all forms of pain control will fail me at some point during any given procedure excluding general anesthesia, the effects after the fact, perhaps of greater discomfort(s) to all involved. Yep, been there too. This aforementioned “knowledge” is that which both keeps me from seeing a dentists and once seen, keeps said dentist from scheduling any future appointments. That same pain, however, can, will, and eventually did force me to engage in a very long and trying search for my new dentist. I must have gone through near 10 dental practices. All boasting of their unique ability to sooth the timid or their extraordinary people skills, a must have talent for “difficult patients”. In short I was never invited back, the lot of them. When I tell a dentist no more, that’s it, I mean just that. I will up and depart in mid-procedure taking any dental tools or instruments still attached, or in my mouth, with me. I have stopped oral injections, by force if necessary and have on multiple occasions done so snapping the needle off imbedded. Oral surgery following shortly thereafter to remove the needle. Those unfortunate dentist, however, gracefully cover my third party expenses and I in turn do not sue. Furthermore, God help those who attempt to restrain me. I will and I have, exerted all the intimidation, power and force afforded me by my 6’3’’ 215 lb. frame to resist that which I will not or can not tolerate. With much regret and shame I admit to trashing offices and of forceful contact (more than once extreme) with dentists and their staff, be they man or woman.
