Ermm... I work at this mall... Seyfi is great i hear. But truly understated gem who still works there is OMER!! He used to come into my store to get tea but it'd be months before i finally needed a haircut and watthehey... i asked doesn't that guy cut hair? Im not posh but im extremely critical; I've had my hair 2 inches from my scalp, platinum no less to the typical layered long naturally black, conservative asian look it is now. Anyhow I can go on about this guy. OMER Loves hair, you can feel it in his touch. THat's the difference. If you want color, go to Amanda (tiny, marisa tomei double) at Cavallaro n Co; she gave me the best highlights ever! One can usually tell if someone's good by their personal style or if you know the person. Amanda's always always sported trendy colors, go check her out. If you want amazing amazing hair, top-down, moneys a non-issue... go to MorganGerard in Annapolis... im not their promoter or anything.. jus a convinced fan.
