I sold a vacant land through Titan Escrow Corp. my estimated closing date was 7/27/06, escrow # -1-11130-NG. On the paperwork it stated escrow would close on or before 7/27/06. After a week and leaving several messages and e-mails to the escrow officer Nancy Green I still have not heard from her or the company. I have not received the money, which is due to me within 24 hours of closing escrow. Nancy has yet to return any of my messages.(8/4/06 Will try again today)
