the only other time in my life that i tried art therapy was when i was about 20 and i think i accidently went to someone who wasn't qualified. but, they were telling me to paint my feelings using those paint by numbers things. well, needless to say none of my emotion turmoil i'd been dealing with since my teens had been healed. but i decided to try it here and i now love it. go to someone qualified! go here!
