I have been a member of Sedona since they opened. They offer so much from cardio equipment, class, sauna etc...but what really keeps me coming back daily are the little things, from the warm welcomes to the rocks in the sink for a more soothing sound of the running water. I work out in the mornings and have to get ready for work at the gym. There is nothing I hate more than toting my hair dryer, hair products, towels, etc around for the day. Sedona provides these little things to help make sure your ready for you day; and the quality of the products are nothing less then what you would find in the staffs homes. Sedona is a great place to take time to treat yourself to a healthier lifestyle! \r
