Review content:
We went to the Naperville, IL location yesterday and everything went great. The staff was very courteous and flexible with our request to not have the gender of the baby included in the recorded video portion. They did a sneak peak for us before it was recorded. This took a few minutes to discuss the details of how they would go about doing this and I didn't feel they were rushing us. We drove an hour away to go to this service, bypassing many other ultrasound businesses we could have gone to, because this place had the lowest prices and best value. Copies of the DVD were only $5 each and we are giving some as Christmas gifts to our parents. The picture quality is good and they did offer to do a redo if we were unhappy, as long as we said so right away after reviewing the pictures. But we certianly are happy and will probably go back again when I'm farther along to get what they called a "chubby face" video.
Pros: Price, service
Cons: I live an hour away from this place but it was worth it
