My husband and I went to the Naperville location on Saturday for the quick peek and gender determination. From the moment we walked in, we could not have asked for better treatment. The receptionist was very warm and friendly and super sweet. We were called back at exactly our appointment time and the tech was exceptional. Very professional and informative, taking the time to explain exactly what we were seeing and answering any questions we had to the best of her ability.
The environment was very inviting, soothing, relaxing and very well kept. We would totally recommend this location and service to anyone expecting. I have shown the pictures to all of my family, friends and co-workers and they are all impressed with the quality of the images. The images are very clear and facial detail can even be made out even though I am only 17 weeks along. The main reason for our visit was to find out the gender prior to Christmas and they were able to do this for us to our satisfaction.
A+ for service, staff, quality, treatment, information and facilities. 100% satisfied. Keep up the great work!
