My fiance and I just had our anniversary today, and I planned on taking him to BFI in its Naperville location. Well we just got back and I must say some things. First of all, I cannot speak for the other location, however, the way we were treated here was close to perfection. The receptionist was warm and friendly, the tech.. my goodness.. she made me feel like we had been friends for years! The prices were very reasonable, and the office was a very calming, clean environment. Our little boy was not very cooperative. We did get some great shots, but his hand was in front of his face and he refused to move it. However, that in no way is the technician nor the company's fault. In fact the tech did everything she could to get the little guy to move his arm, but he just wouldn't! If I wasn't as far along as I am I would definitely consider getting a REDO, that is absolutely offered to everyone. It's on the bottom of the receipt they print out to you. Also I was told repeatedly that if your fluids are low this can cause blurry images (definitely not the techs or company's fault there either!) Our appointment was at 7:30, it's now after 10 pm and I have two glossy sheets of my handsome boy, a dvd recording of our entire session, and an online album that I've emailed to my entire friends and family. We couldn't be happier!! Thank you so much BFI... I can't wait to meet my handsome man :) Pros: Friendly, Clean, Ambience, Service
