DON'T go to Baby's 1st Images! They offer poor images, unbelievably rude service, and defective end product. The US tech took only a dozen pictures and spent more time on 2d (gray) images than 3d. The tech ended our session after 15 minutes (instead of the advertised 25-30 minutes), and we couldn't hear the heartbeat on DVD. Baby's 1st refused to work with us or offer any concession for the defective product, saying if we wanted to hear the heartbeat, we would have to schedule a "redo" session, pay an additional $25 fee, and lose all images from the 1st visit (not that they were any good). During our 2nd session, we had the exact same problems -- tech tried to end the session after 15 minutes & heartbeat couldn't be heard on DVD. We were told that the office staff couldn't make any changes, and that we would have to talk to the owner via telephone, through the "call center". The call center was closed, so we had to PAY IN FULL and call the owner, Chris Waddell, the next day. Chris is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He was belligerent, defensive, and went on the attack, refusing to offer any concession whatsoever for our aggravation. After 30 minutes of him yelling at me (7 months pregnant), he hung up on me. We later went to STORK SNAPSHOTS in Naperville and had a wonderful experience, got 71 good images, and a 30-minute DVD w/heartbeat. The last thing a pregnant mom needs is aggravation and disappointment at Baby's First Images. DON'T GO THERE!
