I went to Heath's for the first time this year on the recommendation of friends. Yes their service and knowledge is great. My refund was good, BUT there has been a problem with my return going through the system. I spoke with an employee by phone who told me my file was locked up in the system and was glad I called. She stated Larry would send it through that night, and for me to call the next morning. I have been calling for 2 days, and get either the answering service or fax. I have been calling from 6am -4pm with no luck. I went as far as sending a fax and asking someone to call me back, and no one has called. I should have already had my return, but I can't even find out if the second attempt to send it has gone through. My only gripe is they need a new update phone system so people can get through. Would I recommend them to others, sure. My husband and I were treated well, I'm only frustrated with the phone service.
