Aveda Spa - what a joke, had to wait for 20 min. for a haircut and then wait again while he finished up another customers color, - Luis needs to learn time management skills aka customer service, I was referred by a friend when I was in a jam and needed a cut when my regular stylist was on vacation ---friend said he was OK but be prepared to spend up to 2 hours in the salon for a cut -- front desk gals were not very helpful. I was put on hold twice while trying to make the appointment. They tried to refer me to a junior stylist who I heard was terrible - Luis's cut was OK, but not worth the $$$, arrogance, and time spent in the salon. Normally in a spa it is relaxing and calming, Not here all I heard were the employees gossip about each other and rant - not the most relaxing salon/spa experience -- I expected more from an Aveda Salon.
