The only complaint I have is that they charge you a fee to use a credit card and do not tell you until you sign the bill! In this day, charging to use a card is just in poor business in my opinion. I will find a company that does not charge a fee in the future.

A two year parts and labor warranty is included on any repairs performed under your current plan.
