Brad arrived at my home promptly at 7:30 a.m. to install a new shut-off valve on my commode. He was courteous, friendly and professional. I rely on Bowman, Inc. for all my plumbing, furnace and air conditioning needs. I have always found their employees to be very respectful. Brad also checked two other commodes in my home and made recommendations. I will contact Bowman's in the near future for these issues to be resolved. I would like to request that Brad do this work since he is familiar with the individual problems. Bowman, Inc. can be proud of such a fine employee as Brad Norris to represent their company. Many thanks to Brad for totally fixing my problem. I look forward to seeing him again in the near future to take care of the remaining issues. Many thanks to the entire Bowman Team ... I highly recommend Bowman, Inc. to anyone looking for plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.
