Review content:
I have hope again, that I can get some independence back. Now I know I can have some type of normal life again. When I first came to Kindred I could not walk and wasn't eating, because I couldn't keep anything down. After working with the rehab team I'm hungry all the time! Being more active has kept my appetite up and built my strength up and I can finally walk again. I never thought I would. It makes me happy to have hope again. I look forward to continuing my recovery. The case manager is trying to find a good facility that works with my insurance company for me to continue my rehab recovery. Initially when I came here I was scared, because I didnt know what to expect. I was missing home and worried about being in the hospital during the holidays. Now I'm okay. I'm even okay with staying a few extra days if it comes down to it.
