Our technician was Andy C. We had a noise coming from our condenser pump and called Jennings, because the company that had installed our new system about 3 years ago had went out of business (retired). They offered multiple time windows which worked perfectly. Andy was very courteous, polite, thorough, helpful, and informative. He explained to my husband that our condenser pump really just needed cleaned and offered to do it. My husband said he thought he could do it, but appreciated Andy's information. Andy also checked our water heater, furnace efficiency, for gas leaks, vents, carbon monoxide monitoring, and offered to check the fuse box - that would be the "junk room" where he would not have been able to get to it. He was very efficient and was very good with our 4-legged canine child. Andy and Jennings are top quality at what they do!! Thanks!
