As we watch both products and services rapidly deteriorate, I am more than happy that Casey remains a local stalwart.
It's not just the service, it's also the relationships they make and maintain.
They have serviced my automobiles for 30 years, never had an issue. Recently, my Subaru went in for new brakes, outstanding result, as usual.
But, what was so memorable was that I needed a new wheel bearing, which wasn't detected when I was in the week before.
Not only did Pete waive the labor cost of that service, they completed that add-on work within a couple hours.
That simple act cements my relationship even further - Pete, their Manager, is just outstanding.
They justly deserve the accolades.
