I became a Roth customer over a year ago, while searching for a local company to maintain my Furnace, AC and Water Heater. From the first encounter over a year ago, through today for the mid-year maintenance visit, I have been impressed. Mike Hertel was the technician today - very respectfully putting on booties before even entering my home, explained the service that was performed, asked if I had any concerns/items he needed to focus on, was timely and efficient. I'm still very pleased with my decision to become a Roth client. Don't hesitate - just call them.
