Review content:
Don't come here if you need work done. Drive over 40 minutes and arrived on Saturday before 9 am only for them to tell me they're not taking any more cars in and I can't get my car in until Tuesday( Labor Day Monday). Used to like this place but not worth it anymore and I'll start to look at auto repair local to me. Hint for business, learn how to create a schedule and make appointments. I will not be back.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. As you can understand, Saturday is our busiest day of the week. For over 41 years now, our family has been operating on a first come first served basis. We do this in order to service as many cars as we possibly can and to insure each vehicle gets the quality time that is required. We have two other locations if one better suites you in Arlington Heights or Streamwood. If you're available in the mornings, we open at 7:30 am. That is the best time to come in for prompt service. You can always call us ahead to see if there is a wait time. We are very sorry to have inconvenienced you.
