Theresa was very friendly and professional when she came to perform our AC and furnace maintenance. She was extremely thorough. What impressed me the most was that when she found our capacitor needed to be replaced, she showed me what it was rated for and actually hooked it up to her multimeter so I could see for myself that it was no longer within range. She also was super thorough about cleaning the fan fins. They were filthy when she started and sparkling when she finished. She didn't just tell me what needed to be done but actually showed me and explained to me why she recommended the services she did.
