Review content:
Was told the filter looked fine, so they did not install a clean one, the next week I got a digital note on the thermostat that the filter needed to be replaced. I clicked it off, but will pull and look at the filter myself. Maybe it was just a length of time thing on the thermostat, and should have been reset ... or maybe I should get the two new filters a year regardless?? RESPONSE FROM Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating: Sandy those filters are built to last a year heck I have even ran mine for a year and a half (cobblers kids have no shoes) because I had forgotten however the thermostats will run off of a certain time to change your filter thinking you have a regular filter, dismiss that notifier and just replace it once a year, we were able to set the thermostat to do a year on the filter change out but your filters were changed out in August and the filter setting is for February so the next time we come in August to change filters we will reset the thermostat at that time. I will make a note of it on the program to do the next time we change filters Ok thank you for being a continued customer of Southwest and feel free to call us anytime
