Our A/C unit had frozen up in June, we called another service provider. The upsell pressure to rebuild/replace a 14 year old unit was ridiculous. We had some minor repairs mad and it ran fine for 2+ months. It failed again completely in September, I called Getzschman, explained this situation and they came out evaluated the unit and recommended replacement, however, the Getzschman team was NOT high pressure, willing to listen to what we wanted to do and we were able to quickly agree on a replacement model at a reasonable price. They installed the unit the next morning and within about 4 hours we were back in business. The professionalism, approach and customer focus Getzschman employs are all qualities that many businesses could/should learn from and use. We'll use Getzschman for all of our services going forward!!
