I called Goettl to come repair my air conditioning because I have warranties for my compressor and parts through them. The came to my home, went on roof, and told me the machine was just fine but needed to be cleaned. He said the turning off and on that occurred while he was still here collecting my money was just fine. Once he left, my husband went up to clean it as instructed and saw that the condenser fan was OBVIOUSLY not working. When we called them back right away to tell them, Dawn, one of the staff actually hung up on my husband. I called again to simply ask for the part be covered under the warranty for me to get installed by someone else, a manager who would not give his name, told me he trusted his tech, not me, and I could not have the part. My two young children and two dogs were all throwing up from the stress of the heat! We had to find a place to stay. The next day we bought the necessary part outright from a different source and had it changed. The air is now working.
