When the gentleman from Goettl came, he was so down to earth and knowledgeable about the product, the functions and energy efficiency. We didn?t even know there was so much to learn about air conditioning. We didn?t have any intention of buying a unit, and the service man was very understanding. He helped us get in touch with the right people and fill out an application. He called and got approval almost right away, and we ended up buying the unit. That was the last thing we expected we would do. So we were pretty happy with the overall help and service. After he knew that the sale was done, we were talking about a filter that?s really hard to get?a real unusual filter, and he said ?oh okay, no problem.? He got on the phone and they shipped a case of them to us, no charge. He explained how things work and everything, going way beyond what you expect from a salesperson.
