The initial meeting with the salesman was informative and thorough. It seemed as if the standard set by the company was indicative of the amount of payment expected for the service.
When the guys arrived at our home, they first had to finish their cigarettes before they set up the filthy equipment that looked a lot like an old, dirty washing machine. The guy reassured me that the vacuum was equipped with a HEPA FILTER and that they would only be blowing air back toward the vacuum. That was definitely not the case. They showed me the filters, which were filthy, and didn't bother to clean them. When I asked if he would clean them before starting, he said you don't need to do it before every job. So, for the next few days, we got to smell someone else's nasty smells that were removed from their home. They informed me after the process had began that they had to cut multiple holes in my ductwork to gain access, and it would be professionally reinstalled. Their idea of "professional" was very different from mine. The foil tape that was placed over the edges of the piece they reinstalled wasn't sealed and it looked like it was done in a careless manner. They continually dragged filthy hoses and equipment throughout my home with little respect. After evaluating what had already been done, we didn't even have them do the deodorizer. We just wanted it to be finished and get them out of our home. This was a very dirty and unprofessional service provided, and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
