James and I talked in detail about how much attention my dining room needed attention. When the technician arrived James didn't even have the dining room on the contract. Had to spend a good deal of time with the tech. Getting everything in order. Three days later. And carpet still damp. Tech had a difficult time cleaning the sofa. James should have recognize this befor a dished out the $. Truck left a grease stain on my driveway.
