Shawn Roach and Abraham Neve did a nice job and went the extra mile in their process. They were very professional and thoroughly explain what their process was and why in cleaning the carpet, rugs and sofa. Other than the one rug we thought had been ruined by our dogs, all the odors and spots were removed from the carpet! My wife talked to Monia Cassey to set up the appointment and felt she was knowledgeable and pleasant. All the people involved were excellent.
