We needed a water heater replaced and Tim was sent out. He was available two hours early and called to see if I could be home then. I was very happy about that. He explained the situation with the water heater, my options, and was very clear. He made sure to answer all my questions. He was very careful with our floors, etc. it looked like our space was going to be too small for the heater but he found a way to solve the problem. We are enjoying warm showers again. Tim was a great representative of the company and did a great job
