"My Plumber H&C" sent Lee D. to our house for eval of AC unit that was not cooling properly. First, it's worth mentioning that customer lady who took the call was very helpful, courteous and informative. She was able to get us a next day appointment, and Lee showed up on time. At the house, Lee was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made immediate diagnosis of the problem to institute same day fix. He was professional, answered all my questions, and was a pleasure to meet. Thanks to him, our problem was not only fixed, but he was helpful in getting us started on a maintenance plan that made sense to our budget and equipment. I will definitely ask for him again if we should have any problems, but it's my impression (after reading many reviews) that all their employees carry the same disposition. Thank you Lee. Much appreciate your help and expertise.
