I own a home in Lebanon, OH and last night or early morning had to call a plumber about a faulty sump pump. Roto-rooter was the first plumber to respond to my calls and dispatched a plumber early Sunday morning. He looked at our pump and toke me that the shut off funciton was no longer working. He quoted me a price and told me how long the job would take. Even though I thought the price was a bit much it was in line with another quote I received from another plumber. I told him to go ahead with the job and he was able to install the new one in less than an hour. \r
He was very professional and took the time to explain what went wrong with the old pump. Overall, I am happy with the job.
