I've had extensive work done over the years. Dr. Carter & staff always went out of their way to make me feel comfortable & at ease with my "unique" circumstances. I can't do topical numbing agents, as they don't work on me (haven't in over 25-yrs). So "basic" services cost me more because I have to be put under anesthesia, which admittedly gets expensive. However, their office works with me to assure that I won't feel pain or be uncomfortable. I can't recall ever having felt ANY pain during several procedures ...so KUDOS for that alone!
Dr. Carter & staff take time to listen to your concerns. They are gentle during exams, cleanings & x-rays. Additionally, they take it a step further & do little things for your birthday, as I had dental work once on that day. They all signed a lovely birthday card & included a $5 gift card for a local establishment ...that was really nice & unexpected!
As I'm moving out-of-state in August ...I know they will be hard to replace elsewhere!
