I recently purchased a very old, high mileage RX 400h and was personally referred to Lextechs for my service needs. Not only did they finish the service ahead of schedule, the only recommendation was a tire rotation. With a vehicle that old and with that many miles, they could have come back with an entire list of service needs and I would have trusted them based off the personal referral. What this showed me is that they are honest. I now know why their customer satisfaction ratings are so high and why two people personally referred them. Word of mouth is the best and most honest advertising. I will certainly use Lextechs for all of my service needs. They were extremely kind, welcoming, and accomodating.
