Review content:
We have had a service agreement with R&D since they installed a new Lennox heating and air conditioning system 8 years ago. The technicians that installed the system as well as the ones who have performed the routine maintenance over the years have all been thorough, knowledgeable and professional. We had an emergency on a Saturday afternoon (water heater leaking water all over the basement) so I called for emergency service. Tim (the service tech) called back in 5-10 minutes to confirm that he would be there within the hour. He arrived as promised, assessed the problem and secured the system to prevent any further problems. He then contacted the office, lined up an appointment to replace the water heater mid-day Monday and called me back to confirm the appointment. He showed up early on Monday and replaced the unit in less than 2 hours and tested it to assure it was working properly. The quality of his work was outstanding and he took the time to explain the operation of the new unit. Great customer service. I highly recommend R&D.
