Review content:
After three months of expecting a refrigerant leak on our 21-year-old heat pump, I called Dipple to run an electronic leak search to determine the exact problem. The technician (Will Willis) performed the test and explained in detail what was needed to properly fix a recurring problem. Throughout the process, Will was professional and totally respected our home and our concerns. I will now replace the old system and have no hestitation to have Dipple do the work. Outstanding company and employees.
