I tell everyone about Metro, and I have for years. Just recently is a great example. We took the Lincoln to a couple of people to find the source of a particular sound. I ended up at Metro. Erik immediately dropped everything and did a quick inspection. He had an idea, but wasn't sure so asked to leave the car. He called shortly thereafter to say that the spark plug was loose. Wow! Yesterday I took the Tahoe in for mysterious sounds and a muffler. I said, if you can't find the source of the sounds, don't worry about it. Each mystery noise was discovered and repaired. Luckily! New muffler, new steering cable, new tensioner and belt, NEW CAR. 160,000 miles! What a treat to start the car first thing in the morning and not have the embarrassing chirp. Once again no one could figure it out. When I bought the car with only 18,000 miles, it had a pretty loud muffler. I took it in and had it replaced, because I carry clients around often. It sounded exactly the same with the new muffler. I've driven it that way for fourteen years. It's positively spooky driving a quiet car now. All I can say is Thank You for being great people with positive, can do attitudes, and for always doing such a thorough job of repairing and servicing my automobiles. I will never go to my daughter's friend again. :)
