I had a half bath drain that was completely stopped for months. No chemicals or snakes would do anything so I finally had to call in the pros. The professional drain snake company tried to clear it with their better equipment but my old cast pipes still won the battle. I called Waterworks because I have been seeing one of their truck in the neighborhood and the reviews online were good. The operators and field tech from Waterworks were very flexible and friendly to work around my schedule to not only come out late on a Thursday night for the initial survey of the matter but we agreed to resume on Saturday afternoon to get the work done. He had to cut out a section of old pipe in the basement (which was solidly plugged with decades of sludge build up) and he chose the lesser cost option on how to proceed. Honestly the parts used couldn't have cost much more then $20, after doing some other PVC pipe work myself, so I thought the overall bill was a bit high, but he did spend several hours and 2 trips here for the work and the service was very good. They were also able to help me right away versus the other plumber who would not be able to come out for 2 weeks just to look at the issue. All in all very happy with everything, the drain works great now, no leaks, no backups! Thanks!
