I hadn't realized it, but I have been going to Casey's Automotive for 22 years. They have serviced all of my vehicles, and they have always done a good job. About eight years a go I moved and started going to a shop that was closer to me. I became dissatisfied with their service and had bad experiences at other shops, so I returned to Casey. I have never had any issues with them. I returned because I always felt that I could trust them. They provide good customer care. They are always clear and concise with their work. They tell you what work can wait, what should be done immediately, and make recommendations for foreseeable issues. They are very thorough. Recently the engine blew in my car and they had to rebuild it. They offered to let me finance the work because they noticed in their system that I had been a customer since the early nineties; which is when I realized I have been going to them forever!
