Wanted my car alarm checked too. Told I have to take it myself down the street. Down the street was a Toyota Scion dealer with no posted hours and not open when I went there. No sign of where I could get help with my alarm. WE MAKE IT EASY turned into WE MAKE IT EASY TO GET YOU MAD. In addition my car was blazing hot when I picked it up. Felt like it was parked in the sun with the heater on. Didn't think much of a 6 month service without an oil change. That's what I have always been used to. Just basically a tire rotation. Also, how many trees do guys use a day? I figure it was 8 sheets of paper to document this transaction. 2 to initiate, 2 for dispatcher, 2 to shop, 2 to cashier? WOW. So much for a paperless society.
