Review content:
I came for service last Saturday AM. I waited for about 40 minutes to be checked in. This was a super crazy day. Things I appreciated: Everyone in service was working so hard to try and get customers checked in. I was given a rental car because of the recall work that needed to be done. Omar was clear and up front about the services I was getting, even though there were 30 people ahead of me and 30 behind me. Things I didn't appreciate: They gave each car a number - like your place in line - and several people who arrived after me were helped before me. So many of your customers are idiots who don't know the rules of how the service department operates. You have that giant screen when you drive in - It makes sense to me to put instructions on there like, "Stay in your car until you can be helped by a service person." I saw a guy fishhook several employees trying to be seen before it was his turn. He would grab them and talk to them and every time he did that, it made my wait longer. I wanted to kick that dude. I know you guys had a crazy Saturday. I think you did a great job.
