I rate this dental office a 5 star because of 1 particular person working there. BETH from the time I walked in went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Without her being there I would've demanded my money back and gone else where. She smiled the whole time even though she saw that I was frustrated with the whole situation. Her customer service skills were by far the best I've seen out of 28 years of living. She took great care of me and did not stop moving from the time I got there until the time I left. Because of her I will not go anywhere else in Nashville if she is still at this office. I highly recommend this office and working with BETH. She saved my dental experience. If you go to this office ask for BETH and I promise you will not be disappointed. She deserves an award for the OUTSTANDING job she did when I visited. Thank you BETH. I am a customer for life thanks to your hard work and customer service skills. Keep up the good work!!!
