This is the 2nd time I have gone to this location and received horrible customer service. The first was a few months ago when I had an appt for a oil change and waited for 2.5 hours. When I asked what was taking so long I was told "an appt only guarantees that you will be seen that day. I found this answer lacking a customer service approach. This last appt was for an oil change and a tire change. I explained in my appt request that I needed a tire change as my tire had a large rip and I was driving to Massachusetts the next day. I received confirmation for my appt. As there were no after hour appts I rearranged some things in my schedule to ensure I could leave work early. When I arrived I was informed that the tire I needed was not available and was asked to return the next day. I explained that I could not come during the work day but could leave my car if a loaner could be provided but was told that was not possible. I asked to speak to the manager Adrian who provided many "reasons" why I would need to drive home without the service I needed (a 40 min drive) and return the next day at lunch. I was appalled and felt that I had to fight for the service I needed. Eventually I was given a loaner car And was told the services (tire, rotation, oil and car wash) would be completed the following day by 5. I shared that as I had rearranged several mtgs for that day's appt I would not be able to leave Emory until 5:30pm. I arrived at6:45pm, well after the service center closed, and the manager waited for me to arrive. However the car wash had not been completed. I let this go as I needed to leave.
