I had an appointment at 2:15pm, I came a little early and checked in, the service writer told me that they were very busy (Friday, 7/3) and that I would probably have to wait..I then recognized Stephanie Mancuso and asked the service writer that I wanted Stephanie to take care of me since she was very helpful in the past, he was very polite and handed Stephanie the paperwork. I explained to Stephanie what the other person told me about the wait time, but that I had a appointment, she promptly took my keys and took control. I sat in the waiting room for about 45 mins., Stephanie came to me, handled me my keys and told me that my car was finished and she had washed my car for the inconvenience. You should have Stephanie teach "customer service" as she truly cares about what she does. 5 stars to Stephanie!
